How to maintain and maintain the balance crane

The basic unit of the balance crane mainly has 3 parts, namely ball nut, thrust bearing and piston. These 3 moving parts need to be cleaned and lubricated frequently.

The method and process of lubrication are as follows:

1. For EA and BA series equipment, turn the pilot control screw counterclockwise until the cable is loose. In the ZA series equipment, press the down lever until the cable is loose.

2,Remove the load on the device.

3, Turn off the air supply.

4. Remove the cable guide, rear end cover and piston.

5. Use an appropriate amount of lubricant for the ball screw.

6. Wipe the piston, cylinder cavity and ball screw cap with a clean rag.

7, Use lubricant to the cylinder cavity and ball nut.

8. Connect the control package to the end cover and open the air source.

9, Readjust the device.
