After the electromagnetic chuck is used for a long time, it will cause failures such as poor insulation, which will cause the electromagnetic chuck to burn out and cannot be used. Therefore, the maintenance of the electromagnetic chuck is a very important link.


Because it is not cost-effective to buy a new electromagnetic chuck. The budget is limited, and the maintenance cost of the electromagnetic chuck is also high. After disassembly, the insulation process of the electromagnetic coil in the permanent magnet electromagnetic chuck is more complicated and difficult to maintain by itself. How to repair the electromagnetic chuck ?


1. First press the operation button of the grinding wheel motor to start the electromagnetic chuck switch. Note: the workpiece cannot be attracted, the contacts of the relay are interlocked, and the grinding wheel motor cannot be started.


2. Open the special power distribution box for the machine tool, check whether there is electricity at the fuse 2 terminal by measuring, and then measure the power supply voltage with a 500V multimeter to 380V. Disconnect the main power switch and check whether the communication contactor is mechanically stuck. Remove a Connect the coil wire of the contactor, and continue to use a multi-purpose meter to measure the resistance at the 2nd end of the coil. If the meter indicates normal, it proves that the coil is good and there is no problem.


3. Connect the wires of the coil, remove the shell of the undervoltage relay, and measure the resistance at the 2 ends of the coil. If the pointer of the multimeter still shows normal, it means that the coil of the undervoltage relay is not broken, and then check whether the relay is mechanically stuck. Then turn off the power switch and use multiple Use the communication gear to measure the voltage on the transformer side as 135V, and convert the DC block to measure the voltage at the end of the rectifier 2-stage tube. Under normal circumstances, the standard value of the DC voltage output by the bridge rectifier is 110V, and there is no voltage output at this time.


4. Disconnect the main power switch, use a multimeter to electrically block the measurement of the 4 rectifier 2-stage tubes, and find that there are problems with 2 tubes.


5. Weld the wires connected to the secondary pipes, remove the secondary pipes, measure and check again, and prove that the pipes have been broken, replace 2 new secondary pipes, connect the wires, and check whether the welding is intact.


6. Turn off the main power switch, use a multimeter and DC gear to measure the 2nd end of the rectifier 2-stage tube. If the voltage is indicated, the voltage value is 110V, and the operator presses the button of the grinding wheel motor. Start the electromagnetic chuck switch, the workpiece can be attracted, and the electromagnetic The suction cup maintenance inspection is over.
