2. Select the appropriate anchor bolts according to the thickness of the foundation. The anchor bolts should be tightened symmetrically and multiple times.
3. The ground should be flat and free of debris. If the ground is paved with tiles, a suitable layer of padding can be added if necessary to increase the friction with the ground.
4. When installing the balance crane, it is necessary to confirm that the column is installed vertically, and the verticality should be checked from different directions.
5. The nuts fixing the wire cylinder must be tightened.
6. Appropriate lubricant should be added to the rotating arm sleeve and rotating screw rod.
7. Finally connect the circuit, pay attention to the direction of the current, if the motor reverses, it should be adjusted in time.
Precautions during the use of balance crane
1. After the balance crane has been debugged and installed, it is best to use as little lifting as possible for the first time, check whether the machine is operating normally, check whether the nuts of each part are loose, and then gradually increase the weight.
2. When lifting goods, at least a safety factor of 10% of the approved weight should be reserved. Never run at full load or overload. The higher the lifting height, the more light it will be.
3. During daily use, you should always pay attention to whether the machine is abnormal, and perform regular maintenance. Damage to the gears will easily cause the goods to fall. Regular maintenance can prevent such accidents from happening.
4. The clutch must not be opened when the load is lowered, the motor should be started to drive the cargo down, and the foot should be stepped on the brake in advance to prevent the block from accidents at any time.
5. The angle between the oblique arm of the balance crane and the column is preferably within 45 degrees. As the angle increases, the force arm increases, and the load bearing of the column increases.
6. The balance hanging arm sleeve needs to maintain the flexibility of rotation from time to time, and add appropriate lubricant regularly. If the column is deformed or damaged, it must be replaced immediately to avoid unnecessary accidents.
7. According to the common sense of safe use of lifting equipment, when lifting heavy objects, try to avoid power failure and shutdown. Power failure braking can easily cause vibration of the machine and heavy objects, which will endanger the column of the machine. If the weight of the lifting cargo is heavy , is likely to cause damage or collapse of the machine.
8. When the hoisted object enters and exits through the window, grasp the heavy object to enter and exit smoothly, do not pull the heavy object with force, and pay more attention when lifting and running larger volume or heavier cargo.
